Can I re-freeze my package?
This very much depends on what you have ordered! Patties are freezable and will have a use by date on each box. Roti skins are also freezable. We do not recommend you freeze filled roti’s and they are to be consumed within 1 days of delivery. All complimentary drinks should also be consumed within 2 days of delivery.
What is our food rating?
We are 4 stars, and pride ourselves in immaculate hygiene and thorough safety methods.
How do I find out about allergens?
We are really particular about anyone who suffers with allergy related issues. We therefore ask that before placing an order, please use our contact form so we can guide you through our allergens chart to ensure you are fully aware of our ingredients. All staff are trained in allergen
awareness and will support your choices.
Can I collect?
You are most welcome to. Our restaurant is based in Dartford, Kent and we will be happy to confirm a collection time with you. Please use the message box in your cart to make this request.
I would like to order a large order. Is this possible?
Yes absolutely, we offer a nationwide catering service. Alternatively, let us know your menu and we’ll be sure to give you a quote.
I no longer want my order, can I cancel it?
As long as you cancel by 3pm, we will accept your cancellation. You will incur a £15 cancellation fee. Your email title should say, CANCELLATION, with the email giving your name & address. Please allow up to a week for your refund to be processed.
I don’t have PayPal, is there any other way to pay for my order?
Yes, please email us leaving your telephone number and we can process an over the telephone card payment or we can send bank details. If collecting, we are happy to accept cash.
Is your food Halal?
Yes we are halal.
